Ravensbourne students excel in RIBA’s first Inclusion and Diversity Awards

Publication date:Ravensbourne BA (Hons) Architecture students have had an incredible year at the 2023 RIBA London Student Awards, with 10 students recognised – including six who have earned some of the first ever Inclusion and Diversity Awards.
The awards showcase the very best student work in London and are awarded by RIBA, the Royal Institute of British Architects, an internationally revered professional body for architects.
Ravensbourne students have taken home one First Prize, one Second Prize, and six Inclusion and Diversity Awards. An additional two students received a commendation.
Inclusion and Diversity is a new category for the 2023 awards, which was created to recognise and champion students who have explored diversity, equity, and inclusion in their design projects and approaches.

Congratulations also go to Viola Pica, who received First Prize; Hannah Turner, who won Second Prize; and Angelika Olejarka and Bewaji Oyesana, who both received commendation.
