Ravensbourne students exhibit dazzling projects on Greenwich Peninsula
Article by: David Millett
Publication date:A selection of the most impressive creations by the Ravensbourne class of 2021 can now be viewed along the banks of the River Thames in a stunning outdoor gallery at the Greenwich Peninsula.
This eye-catching showcase, created in partnership with CreativeLab, is currently being displayed on the exterior walls of buildings on the vibrant and lively Greenwich Peninsula, London’s new and emerging hub for the creative industries.
We are proud to present our students’ work in an accessible, outdoor exhibition for our community to view and enjoy. The class of 2021 worked hard to pull these projects together while facing challenges and uncertainty because of the pandemic. Their incredible results, available to view in their full glory, are testament to their abilities and determination.
Projects from a varied range of our courses – including BA (Hons) Illustration for communication, BA (Hons) Fashion, BA (Hons) Architecture, BA (Hons) Digital Photography and more – are on show. The pieces can be seen from alongside the Thames on a number of buildings in the peninsula. This physical gallery follows on from our earlier Digital Degree Show, where you can view even more of our students’ impressive projects.
The degree shows were curated by CreativeLab, Ravensbourne’s in-house creative agency, based in our new state-of-the-art Institute for Creativity and Technology. This building is part of London’s Design District, located next to our main building on the Greenwich Peninsula.
Chloe Culpin, commercial projects manager at CreativeLab, said: “It’s been such a privilege for CreativeLab to bring the Outdoor Degree Show to life for a second year and showcasing the amazing diverse talent that comes out of Ravensbourne that shapes the future of the creative industries.”
Don't miss this chance to see the works and learn about the projects yourselves!
