Lydia Amusan is an Associate at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. She is committed to helping people discover their true identity, harness their potential and live full and happy lives.

She has worked with students in the UK higher education for over two years, with a focus on the minority group of black students. Driven by her dedication to excellence and can-do attitude, Lydia completed her first degree in International Law and Diplomacy with a first class, and her masters degree in Human Resources and Development with a distinction.  She is also a multipotentialite with experience across entrepreneurship, project management and social media management.
