Aviva Franco is a sessional lecturer at Ravensbourne, where she supports learners undertaking the Digital Technology Solutions Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship.

Aviva has 9 years' experience working in further education. She is passionate about supporting people to become the best versions of themselves in a professional manner.

After studying a Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Cape Town, Aviva moved to the UK in 2003 to pursue a successful career in Hospitality Management whilst completing a Foundation Degree in Leadership and Management. 9 years ago, Aviva made the switch in her career to Further Education where she has not looked back, bringing with her extensive experience in strategic, operational and project management as well as proven skills in people development.

Today as well as supporting learners by providing classroom-based training, coaching, and mentoring to develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviours specifically in Leadership and Management programmes. Aviva is also responsible for the overall product and curriculum development, quality of delivery, quality monitoring and assurance and the training and ongoing monitoring of the overall success of the Professional Services, Media, and Communications suite of apprenticeship programmes for Seetec Outsource.
