Concept and creative process
I worked together with Ahmet Ahmet on this campaign. The idea was a simple red bauble on a white background that could become the unexpected. The idents were all shot in a studio and involved people and penguins and various in-camera effects and some post-production. One penguin is hard enough to wrangle, so it was a matter of selecting a good moment for the head turn and then replicating it seven times in post-production at slightly differing heights and moments in the turn, so that it appeared like a natural line of penguins. The reflections were also inserted in the surface of the bauble in this way too.
